i have recorded a program on my foxsat-hdr,i then go tomedia but the list is empty,how do i find my recorded program ,hope you can help ,anthony
Are you sure you are display the Video list for a TV recording or the Radio list for a radion recording etc? Use the colour buttons while in the Media display to select this.
yes the vidio list is displayed and i used the red button as insructed,but no programs showing
once the program has recorded we lose it,as though its not transfering to the media section
While watching a programme press the record button. After 40 seconds press the media button. Is the recording in progress in the media list ?. Can you watch it from the time you pressed the record button (chasing playback) ?

When you stop recording is the recorded file still there ?
Are you using OK to set a recording from the epg ?. When you do and press schedule can you see the recording in the queue ?
yes im useing ok button ,yes its showing on the schedule list
i have jusdt recorded a program for 19.30 ,its in the schedue list showing the letter R
its a 30 min program
it stoped recording at 20.00 hours and went off the schedue list,i have gone to media and the list is empty

Strange, you do know that if you choose the series option then it will be in a folder in the Media list. The R indicates it’s recording.
thanks for your imput and help,i will have to contact humax again ,or send it back to the retailer
