Anyone have any idea why recordings end up with broken sound and pixalated video, I think that’s the term for it. Photo attached. This only seems to happen on CBS channels.
What signal do you get on those channels and what was the weather like when they were recorded?
They do come from a slightly different satellite position Eutelsat 28A at 28.5E rather than the Astra satellites at 28.2E so your dish, which should be pointing between these positions, could need adjustment.
Thing is it doesn’t happen all the time. Occasionally it comes across fine. Weather was hot and dry by the way.
