We have our 9300T set to record 5 minutes early and stop 10 minutes after the programme ends. However the player is switching off long before the end of the films.Any ideas?
No idea,
power cycle and make sure it’s showing the correct time.
make sure you’re on the latest firmware
Reset to factory defaults, take a note of your schedule first
If you’re leaving it in standby, check if it works better if left on all the time. If this works, please let us know as it would point to a problem with the psu or board
