Hello
For some reason, sometimes, when I try to record a program by pressing the red record button nothing happens. If I press the ok button I get the recording options and the program records OK. This appears to be an intermittent problem.
I have no other problems with the box

Hi welcome to our forum. It takes a little while before the time shift buffer has enough content to start a recording. Try again after 2 or 3 minutes. You won’t lose any content, recording starts from the start of the buffer.
Don’t confuse the red record button with the Red Green Yellow Blue group of buttons.
