InactiveYou need to provide more information. Is it any channel in particular, what signal strength, how long has this been happening.
In fact as much as possible. You post is the equivalent of emailing a doctor with the symptoms I am unwell.

i do not understand the question
‘We’ don’t understand yours either.
Box model would be a good starting place (along with the other stuff suggested above).

Mine doesn’t. Can only suggest you photograph your recording schedule and do a reset to factory defaults. You will have to re-enter your recording schedule and change any setting you have changed from defaults.
Check and post what software version you have in case you have missed a software update.
If it persists try disconnecting the box internet connection in case it’s a router issue.
eg
Box volume setting, Digital audio out setting.

If for some reason you missed the last update you won’t find one. So you could have out of date software, If you follow my post above. Try the reset to factory defaults and post what software you have and if it;s not the latest how to update it from a file downloaded from the internet using a usb memory stick. You may for instance have had a mains surge that has corrupted the box memory. A reset should sort this out.
First thing to try is the reset.

InactiveI am not sure if the reset has worked as I have only just done it.
One thing I did notice is that all the recordings are still there.

Normal – you do need to re-input your schedule however.

ParticipantMy HDR-1000S just re-booted while watching a recording. I was able to restore playback at this point. Not had chance to check if it dumped a ongoing recording.

InactiveIf others are getting reboots please post (I am not). The last time this happened it was down to freesat transmitting badly formed EPG data I think.
Could also be caused by a borderline signal level corrupting freesat data.
