RCA to HDMI

    My 9300T hdmi socket has been damaged so i am tracking down an RCA to HDMI converter/cable. (TV only has HDMI inputs)

    I know that the 9300T remote control volume does not work when connected via HDMI, but it does when connected via scart. Does it also work when connected via RCA?

    I think it’s time to replace the 9300T with a more up to date model. Look for a good used HDR-FOX-T2. The picture quality will be dire using a CVBS video source.

    Thank you Graham for the reply. It has been a really good machine in the 10 years+ that i have owned it. I also have the Humax 1800T that is my main recording machine & i only use the 9300T when i have ran out of mux ……….which is usually soaps so not too fussed regarding the quality.
