    Hello,

i have a question about the installation of my receiver:

My installation QUAD-LNB-dish to SCD-switch (LEM SCK54/1) to HUMAX icord Evolution delivers only 1/4 of the possible programs (of astra 19.2e) and refuses to show more than the names of the channels (i.e. no video signals).

is it possible to connect the icord evolution via unicable to a quad-lnb-dish or must it be a quattro-lnb one?

is there something like a converter from HhVv (4-cable quad-switched) to unicable?

is this the right forum, to post the question in?

    thanks for any suggestion

It’s not a model known here (German, I think).

However, based upon other models, like the Foxsat. It is might be necessary to set the unit to unicable in a hidden antenna menu.

    See https://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/threads/secret-menu-on-humax-freesat-box-for-diseqc-usals.91030/

Think I was the only one using unicable on the Foxsat!

I already checked that: There is a setup-entry to choose unicable.

    No success either.

There must be something like a quad-lnb-to-unicable-converter.

    Any idea?

I might be wrong but I get the impression that the LEM SCK54/1 needs to be fed by a QUATRO LNB rather than a Quad LNB.

Each of the 4 connections should be matched at the LNB and LEM SCK54/1 to the correct band. There is a combined 4 colour cable that I use to facilitate this.
