Hi – Parents have a Panasonic tv with remote and Humax 9300T with remote.
Tv works fine but they have been unable to operate Humax for a couple of years (in their 80s).
Humax remote works, can turn box on and off. Click menu on Humax remote and it appears on box screen but nothing shows on tv.
Have hunted high and low for online manuals, help etc. but until landing here to no avail.
Anybody out there who can advise or point me in the right direction?

The manual is in the FAQ section but is not downloading for me, perhaps Barry could look into the problem.
Have you selected the correct AV input on the TV, the input the 9300 is connected to?
How is the 9300 connected to the TV?

I agree with Biggles, your symptoms sound as if the TV is not looking at the correct port for the connection from the 9300T. If you tell us the make and model of TV and whether the 9300T is connected by HDMI cable or SCART we can probably give precise instructions.
