The problem is that I cannot receive two programmes simultaneously without one of them being distorted in sound and vision. When this is happening there is the occassional ‘pop’ from the PVR. It is always the second tuner to come into use which has the problem and continues evev when the 1st tuner finishes recording. I can receive the full range of Freeview channels from the Wrekin transmitter at 81% strength and 100% quality when one tuner is in use or both tuners receiving from the same multiplex. When the problem is occurring, the affected channel stays at 81% strength but the quality varies between 40%-100%.
I write, as to date the only response from Humax was a request for my postcode and there has been no further word from them.
