I’m sure I’ve seen a post on this somewhere, but can’t find it now…
Am I right in assuming that there’s no keypress that gets you a synopsis of the currently highlighted programme in the EPG?
You can press OK and that will go to a screen that shows a synopsis
But if you press OK on the first page of the EPG it takes you to that programme, you can’t get info on it. Also when playing a recording how do you get info on what you are watching? Seems like an info button is needed.

When you first press guide you are presented with now and next for channels displayed, and you are quite right you cannot get info.. You have to press right for full guide, then you can press ok for detailed info.
I have not found a way to get info when playing a recording – only solution appears to be back into recordings again and press ok on programme being played back.
ah, ‘right for full guide’ was the crucial step I was missing! ta.
