last night when i loaded by EPG the channels scrolled up as though i had the up paddle jammed on. just kept going. I could intermittently stop it by pressing up.
Seemed no issue with recordings menu (they didn’t scroll up) otherwise working normally.

Either that or something else in the room upsetting the Humax; if it happens again take the remote out of the room and see if the problem stops.

I’ll have a try – how does the remote work is it constant signal to scroll or start (on key depression) and stop (on release) signal. If its the latter once the scroll has started the ‘cancel’ signal is the only thing to stop it.
Seems to be happening elsewhere – box gets sluggish / limited response. Press up paddle and its back to normal menu’s pop up etc…
