I’ve had my Aura for a few years now and have been watching programs on Amazon Prime for a couple of years. Since last week however, I’m having problems with Prime. I get as far as the sign in picture which I normally hit and it goes straight onto the Home page. Now it’s just a black screen. The only way I seen to be able to watch it is if I go to the Apps settings and clear the Data and the Cache, which means all my setting are lost and I have to pair my account up to my Aura again.
Anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this? I’ve done all the usual resets etc. Thankks

Not seeing that issue here? Might be worth trying a whole device reset. Yeah I know that sucks.
