I’ve bought a DTR T1000 today which I’ll be returning as I get no video via the HDMI. I suspect this is an auto detect issue that I’ve had with previous devices and my ancient HD Ready TV . I’ve worked around this before by manually changing the HDMI resolution output by the device down to something my TV can manage. I can find no option to do this on the T1000.
Before I buy the Fox HDR as a replacement can anyone please tell me if this box will allow me to change the HDMI resolution it outputs to the TV?

Yes there is a VFormat button to cycle through the resolutions.

Options are 576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i plus Original (as transmitted)
However the lack of video may be a hdmi handshake issue, if so this may not help.
Thanks Graham. I currently have no problem with the HDMI output from my PVR 9300T, though admittedly that only outputs at 576p. I’m keeping fingers crossed that usual work around gets me by, or it will be a further return to the shop.

I thought the 9300 had 720p out ?

Options are 576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i plus Orignal (as transmitted)
The Humax HDR-Fox T2 does not have an ‘Original’ option
