Hello all, my first post to forum and I can’t find a similar issue anywhere. I have the latest firmware on the fvp4000t and am using fully updated windows 10 and its media server. Network communication is via homeplugs without any other issues.

From the 4000t I can play media from my PC without issue.

The problem is that when I browse for videos on my PC via the 4000t I can only scroll through the first 13 items in any folder/view. I have taken to naming video files on my PC starting with a number 1, 2, 3 etc so that they are then visible for me to play on the 4000t.

Any ideas for a fix would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Try different media playing software.

This has played most anything for me.

How about trying a different DLNA server on the PC.

I have finally gotten around to trying a different server. Serviio works great. All files on server PC visible and playable from 4000t. It seems that it just does not like the windows server. To be fair it might also be related to Serviio handling the transcoding. Perhaps the 4000t just does not list items it cannot play. All video files are mp4 or avi but there may be some more obscure differences I do not know.
