The TV connected to HDR2000t has no sound and the picture is a shade of pink. With the aerial plugged directly into the TV both the sound and picture are perfect.

Is the HDR-2000T connected to the TV by SCART lead or HDMI cable? In either case, try reseating the connectors at either end of the leads.
Thank you Martin: the HDMI cable was not properly seated. It now is and all is fine.
