New unit randomly shuts itself down and restarts. Humax has been unable to resolve saying there will be a software update soon. Totally unacceptable will be returning unit to store but not sure what to purchase in its place as unit it otherwise great.
My HB-1000S is without problems. If your signal quality is good then Graham’s suggestion is the way to go. If that does not sort it I suggest you just ask them to replace the unit with the same.
Humax told me to disable Sleep Mode…. this did not work. Tried the reboot as well… still no luck. Unit is going back to store for replacement. Fingers Crossed!
