I have had a Human DTR-T2000 Freeview for a couple of years. Since around Christmas time I have had recurring problems with it only part recording programmes. It starts, but it doesn’t finish! The recording length varies from a few minutes to almost the whole programme.

* The disc is only about 10% full.

* I am recording mainly from the big channels and signal strength is easily over 80% for these.

* I have the latest software update (from November 16) and have tried retuning but made no difference

The error seems to be random – sometimes it works, sometimes not. Doesn’t seem to be related to time of day. This week, it part recorded (first 15 minutes) This is Us, but successfully recorded the +1 broadcast later that night.

Anyone got any bright ideas please?
