How do I change padding times on a HDR1100s?

Don’t do it. It removes the broadcasters control of adjusting the start recording time of late schedule changes ((AR – accurate recording).

If you record from minor channels that do not use accurate recording, use a manual recording timer with start and end times adjusted to your own padding and provides a repeat pattern like every day etc.

It has been useful a short time ago when the BBC lost the plot and royally screwed up the recording CRID codes( content reference identifier codes), These allow the box to record every episode of a series and also auto start recording when a individual episode actually starts it’s transmission.

If you really want to do this ask again. It’s it’s not difficult.(it;s an option in settings) A search on here will find lot’s of info – re accurate recordings – re padding,
