I would like to play video from my PC to my humax fox t2. My first attempt was to use a wireless connection and a dlna server on my PC. Unfortunately although it starts to play back it just randomly stops every few minutes saying there is no connection. Are there any other options other than copying the video to a USB stick and carrying it over?

That sounds like a network problem. Is it feasible to use a network cable? If not consider Homeplug Ethernet over power line adapters.
