Hi guys,
1/ Sometimes when I turn it on, I get audio but no Video ?
I have to disconnect it from the mains for a while.
I’m disabled – this isn’t easy for me,,,, sometimes, I just can’t do it.
2/ The Volume button is playing up. For a few days now, the button doesn’t work. It isn’t ‘dead’ as when I click it, it brings up the ‘Prohibited’ sign.

The easiest way to remove the power is pull out the 12V power plug from the back of the unit just by the Network Socket.
