I have just taken delivery of a second AURA box and I cannot see Sky News on it. No Channel 233, yet I have no problem on my original AURA.
Any advice we come please.
Test the signal then rescan

Can you receive Sky Arts on channel 11?
Thanks to all. I’ve done a rescan and all is now well. Sky News and Sky Arts now available.
