    Why is there no option to record CH4HD when a CH4 program is selected for recording?

    Sorry, should be in Hdr 1000s

    Presumably because Channel 4 don’t provide the data for the SD/HD link.

    This option only seems to appear for channels owned by the BBC or ITV – the owners of Freesat.
