We have just installed a new Humax Aura UHD recorder but we cannot get the RTE 1 station. It comes up on the list of stations and we live in N> Ireland and the station works perfectly on the TV itself and it also worked fine with our previous box which was with our TalkTalk account which we no longer have. Also the picture is not as clear as we would hope for. I rang Humax yesterday and they talked me through a few things and also suggested that I do a factory reset on the Humax box. I have done a factory reset on both the box and the TV itself which is an LG 4k and quite new. Would anyone have an answer to the problem, particularly the RTE 1 station not being shown.
