We had the mains turned off the other day for repair and since reconnection, the Humax box is not responding to the controller. It appears to have full functionality on the box itself, but the remote just doesn’t have any effect. I have changed the batteries in the remote.
Did you change the remote control code set at some point in the past? The box may have somehow reverted to the default, out of the box, set. If so, try changing it again.
Does the white PVR button flash red when you press another button on the remote ? If not press the white PVR button itself and then try again.
