Hi all. I suspect my FVP4000T is faulty but can’t be sure (could be the TV) so, has anyone experienced the problem where, whilst watching a program, the screen of the TV goes completely blank but I still have the sound. Nothing on the remote then works (eg change channel). If I then turn it off (no longer blue light) and on again I get the picture and sound for a while before the TV screen goes blank again, but still audio.
Have you tried switching it off at the mains for a minute not just switching it to standby?
