    I’ve lost pause and rewind on live TV. (Incidentally I’ve lost the online receipt or I’d return the thing.) I’ve tried a factory reset but no joy.Any ideas?

    Problem with a partition on the HDD.

    Only solution will probably be a format of the HDD.

    Data Storage

    Format Storage, couple of confirmations required along with password – default is 0000 (4 zeros)
