Cannot access any ITV programs from On Demand or backward EPG.
Highlighting a program in backward EPG results in a PIN being required, press continue and just get a blank screen.
Selecting ITV Player in On Demand asks for a PIN and after pressing continue,
same result.
Working here ok. Do your other On Demand players work?

Sounds as if the OP has turned on the Parental Guidance options.
Should allow access after the PIN is entered, shouldn’t it?
Try 0000.
If correct you can then turn if off in settings.
Sounds like the prompts and responses need to be clearer, if that’s the situation. If a PIN is required, any “Continue” button should be greyed out or absent or at the least, non-functional, until a PIN has been supplied.
Continue prompt is displayed only after a correct pin has been provided. There is then a small delay before itv player appears.
Otherwise the option is cancel or if wrong pin ‘incorrect PIN, please try again’

So the OP must have put in the correct PIN, and what’s gone wrong is the next step – the player doesn’t appear. It’s working ok on my box.

Yes all others working.
Yes I put in the correct PIN, and as pointed out by JamesB you can’t continue until you have.
But the situation is this:-
Enter On Demand.
Highlight ITV Player and select. At this point a PIN is requested. (This is before any program list appears to choose from)
Surely a PIN is never requested until a program requiring it is selected.
As regards the backward EPG:-
Highlight any program on any ITV channel and a PIN is required, and when entered and continue is pressed a blank screen is all you get.
I am unable to access the Humax until this evening when I will check if Parental Control is set.
I’ll check this evening, but I expect that any program on CITV will need a PIN entered.
By the way, have I missed an announcement, should 903 ITV Player still function.

903 is still working for me, could be a clue as to what’s going on. When you get home can you try re-connecting to the internet from settings ?
I think 903 may depend on region. Are you in Scotland?

I would find it very odd if a parental channel asked for a PIN for individual programmes if you were browsing by channel id. Also when the lock is on a channel I would not expect the programmes to be payable but I would also hope that details of those channel’s programmes would not be accessible without the channel PIN.
Did a default reset and everything is now working apart from On Demand.
