February 23, 2011 at 2:14 pm #24004 FenderBenderModerator Bit of a blow but it makes sense. We juat have to wait an extra 2 weeks now but hopefully there will be a Bahrain race later in the year. June 3, 2011 at 3:50 pm #24005 FenderBenderModerator Bahrain is back on 30th October! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/formula_one/13608826.stm Indian GP moved to December. Some teams are not happy because the closed season will be too short, but they are contracturally obligated to race. I also heard about the BBC messing about trialing 1080p broadcasts; are they messing about on the F1 coverage too? June 4, 2011 at 2:52 pm #24007 BarryModerator The HD coverage is OK, not as good as the HD we all saw when freesat first launched I think. The auto switching between 1080i/1080p only currently on BBC HD channel. June 8, 2011 at 2:05 pm #24009 FenderBenderModerator I wish they’d make their minds up! It looks pretty sure to be cancelled.
