Hello all, new user here.
Recently purchased an HDR 1010S.
Updated to latest firmware, however when I go into Home then On Demand menu there are no 4OD or Demand 5 icons displaying, they are just blank squares.
Does anyone know why?
Do you have it connected to the Internet, as required?
Yes it is connected to the internet via wifi.
I get the BBC iplayer, ITV player and You tube icons but there are not 4OD or Demand 5 icons, just a coloured box where there should be an icon.
I can watch view and play 4od and demand 5 content.
4OD and Demand 5 came in after a software update.
If you have recently purchased your box it may still have an old software version.
Go to the menu and chose software update. It will tell you if there is a newer version to install.
Update the firmware on the humax 1000s box then when it’s completed switch the box off at the mains for 20 seconds then turn on at the mains and the logos should be there i recently had the same problem
