Just thought I would say hi as I have just registered on the forum, I have been a customer of sky for nearly 15 years but after the price hikes and very poor customer service I decided enough was enough and ended my contract (basic package)about 6 months ago and purchased the HDR1000s I must admit It has taken a bit of getting used to as we were so used to the sky EPG but after a few niggles i’m glad I made the investment of buying the unit and saving £25 a month it will soon have paid for itself.
