Hello, Our fvp 4000t stopped working (10 years old) so I purchased an Aura and found some channels glitch or dissappear.

Surprised to find it was channels 3,6 & 6 amongst them.

I took the Aura upstairs where the co-ax is a very short length and still the same.

Meanwhile, I fixed the old 400t via a refurbished HDD and it is back in place with no missing channels.

I have a few more old set top boxes and they all have a stronger reception than these new ones it seems.

My wife wanted the new Aura. There’s no problem because we’re back on freeview, I may be the only person here anyway who uses co-ax and we have no broadband .

The collection of old boxes are here to run crt tv sets that i like to fix up and they just seem to be..better.

If your Aura was not connected to the internet you would not have received the update a few days ago that fixed the issues on Ch6 and several other channels that has plagued many people for weeks.
