When I set my humax to record the F1 motor racing on either HD or bbc2 it either does not record at all because its tried to record it on channel 803 or something. Or it tries to record it on 803 then tries again about 50 mins later! I then only get about the last 30 mins of the programme! I do not seem to have this issue with any other tv programme. My humax hates F1

Welcome to the forum. Sounds as if you have channels stored from more than 1 transmitter.

Best ask Humax that one, the Manual Search should cure your problem though.

It’s not foolproof, you likely have a relay as well as a main transmitter in range. They both carry the same programming so an autotune picks up both.

As both transmitters carry the same information I’ve often wondered if that situation will cause the ‘receiving from multiple transmitters’ problem.

If I do a autotune on my HD FOX T2 I get multiple BBC1 Midlands for example. (Sutton Coldfield and my preferred SFN Lark Stoke) So at least in my case it doesn’t work.

Go for the transmitter your aerial is pointing to.

If you delete your channels and manually retune you should pick one of the transmitters and search on each channel from that transmitter.

    Here are the channel numbers:

    Oxford

    53

    55

    57 (for HD – choose DVB-T2)

    59

    60

    62 (will become 50 in 2013)

    Sandy Heath

    21 (for HD)

    24

    27

    31 (will become 51 after 11th May)

    48

    52
