My film4 & film4+1 channels are unwarchable, stuttering picture but mainly blank and stuttering sound.
I see humax had this same problem a year ago, Do I have a faulty box?
Tried retuning but the same.
Funny enough it recorded 2 films one after the other but missed 5 minutes of the start of the second film and 15 minutes of the end, padding is set to auto.

I assume you have a Humax Aura,look in the Aura section where you will find this thread that is about the issue you have.

Humax support just sent me this. my box isn’t working on D3&4 which I think is 12 channels.
