On the list of 4000T/5000T recorded programmes you may find that some have no logo, instead just “—-“.

This is not a cause for concern, nor a fault. It is the result of the old BBC1 HD being removed and replaced by the new regional BBC1 HD and only affects recordings made on BBC1 HD before Wednesday.

This only applies to those transmitters which were switched yesterday, though others will follow at a later date.
