I’m trying to help my Mum with this problem remotely so it’s not too easy.
Recorded TV was working perfectly, record and watch TV no problem
Then I introduced a dongle and connected no problem., however tonight when Mum tries to watch recorded TV she can’t see it. Whenever she presses the media button it starts.trying to connect with network and she can’t get back to looking at the HDD. I don’t have a Humax box and Mums a new user. Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Are you sure she is pressing the Media button and not the TV Portal button?
