I cannot access the media section of my FOX T2. Pressing the Media button does nothing. Pressing the Guide button does bring up the usual TV guide.
It has 1tb total storage and has only used 600mb. I know there is available space.
I have also noticed the very small word “FULL” on the actual box display. The box also is making a very quiet beeping sound.
HUMAX are saying the hard drive has failed. But before I get a replacement and lose all my content does anyone have any suggestions?

That does sound like a disk problem but it is possible that it is a file system problem rather than a physical failure which you might be able to resolve with the tools provided by the custom firmware.
I have also noticed the very small word “FULL” on the actual box display.
Nothing to do with disk storage; it refers to the screen resolution (Full Resolution).
