Hi all, I’ve just bought a new LG42 OLED and a new Humax 5000T. The Humax arrived first and I used it with my older model Samsung. Fine. Installed new LG and connected Humax all seemed OK. Yesterday I tried to update some of the settings (I think Alexa voice control) but not sure what else I altered but now I have lost the sound on the Humax and when I flip back to just the TV there’s no sound either! If I turn the TV off then on again the sound returns but not on the Humax. Tried resetting the Humax but still no sound. Any ideas?
Go to settings on TV and sound and change settings to optical and then back to TV speaker to see if sound comes back. Do you have a sound bar or external sound system perchance?
