Hi all I have an HDR 1100S and as the heading states have lost recordings freeze frame/record This happened after I had to replace my remote control Have contacted Humax- they suggested resetting to Factury default have done that – still no joy Box is about 3 years old Should I be dong anything to make the remote control in sinc with hebox? Any ideas welcome before I bite the bullet and buy a new box

Loss of timeslip buffer functions free/pause points to a hard-disk error.
Regrettably the only solution is to reformat the hard-disk.
This may also be the cause of loss of recordings,
I had the same loss of timeslip buffer functions years ago. It did not reoccur after the reformat.
