Hi I have recenlty brought a second hand HB-1000s Freesat box and am restricted with what to watch on catch up because of the parental pin. I also can not perform a factory default reset without this pin and have no idea how to get past this problem or reset the pin without the original. Is there anybody that can help me with this issue?

Pin code can be reset to default of 0000 via:
Settings
System information
With general info highlighted press the coloured keys in following sequence:
RGYBGYB
You should now have access to hidden menu, reset pin is one of the options, highlight, press ok and wait for on screen message that pin has been reset
