One week ago I lost the On demand and Showcase feature by stupidly installing “HDR-1000S-1010S Data.hdf”. I decided to wait for firmware update…thinking that it may solve the On Demand and Showcase problem…but no it did not. I have done the Factory Reset, HDD format and HDD Clean Drive….but no no no still no On Demand and Showcase. So has anyone got any idea on how to get it back?

What happens when you go to settings menu and select network connection?
Select network connection??? Well when I go to the SETTINGS> NETWORK CONNECTIONS menu it says: Great, you are connected with an Ethernet cable…and below this there is an option to Connect automatically.. which once clicked shows that internet is connected and info about BBC iplayer and itv player.
