I have a FVP 5000t which I have had for a few months. However in that time I have found that some recordings that I have set up to “Record Series” are initially recorded and then after about 1 month cease to be recorded despite the fact that they are still ongoing programmes such as the news and other regular programmes. I have checked that I have the latest software. Can anyone help please, John
Most likely reason is the broadcaster changing the series CRID code from the original one or omitting the series crid completely.
Yes. I record the US version of Law & Order which runs continuously daily, but the broadcaster keeps changing the series CRID so I have to regularly reset the series record request and end up with multiple folders of episodes. Still, it makes viewing exciting trying to hold on to continuity.
