When going through the setup procedure to link my new Humax Aura with the BBC Iplayer I am unable to enter the code given. All I can see is my signed in status for another device. The lady in the setup video is having no such problems.
What am I doing wrong?
It worked for me when I linked it a while ago. Are you sure you entered the url correctly on your phone/computer? The iPlayer help page to link a tv/device is here:

Thank you desm52 for this. I tried your URL but am having no joy.
I have read that some users are having problems logging in to the BBCIPlayer and that the BBC is aware of this and are working on it.
I have got to the stage where where I am invited to input the code on screen but when trying to type the code into the box I am sent to a helpline page. I cannot type the code in.
I will keep trying.
I’ve just had to reset my Aura. So I just went down and tried the iplayer login. Worked fine as per the instructions.
1. start the signin on your aura iplayer app
2. go here on your PC/tablet/phone etc https://account.bbc.com/account/tv and sign in
3. enter the code from your TV
Most apps go this way nowadays. If they want to be nice to users.
