Please could someone tell me the latest software that should be on my 1100s? It’s currently UKSFAA 3.00.96
I’m trying to solve the intermittent problem of on demand and showcase not loading. I’m getting the 1 minute message but waiting and going back later doesn’t help. Then next time I try – hours later if the next day – it’s fine.
I don’t thinks it’s a WiFi issue as at the same location the smart TV, phone and tablet can all use iPlayer without issue so I thought I’d check software version first.

I have had this intermittent problem for some time too. You don’t need to wait after switching off, just do off & on again then (usually) the more complete list of on demand apps is shown. Same thing when playback fails to start on Netflix.
(I have the same version [3.00.96] on my HDR-1100S by the way)
But I have another problem too that this doesn’t fix… I’ll post it separately.
