    My Humax seems overall very laggy at times and even clicking links within the site it seems to take many seconds to get there.

    I run IE 11 and with a BB speed of 16+ Mbps.

    Sometimes when I type the URL I sometimes get ‘busy’ and have to o it again.

    Which Browser are you using ? This often happens to me using Chrome, switching to Firefox it always works instantly. I have a download speed of 100Mbps so it’s not the issue.

    humaxdirect.co.uk seems fine for me. I do have a little more BB speed than you though (56 down and 10 up). Maybe there are a lot of people online. My speed drops considerably when the kids get home and homework is being researched. R-

    EDIT: Having said all that the above post crashed out (505 Error) after about 18s. Maybe they are working on it.

    Well I said Internet Explorer 11.

    Hmmm about 10 seconds to submit this post!
