Just a thought until Humax/Freetime/Freesat release the next update to fix problems. If I wanted to go back to last version: 1.00.59 or even 1.00.54 how do I obtain software download? I can only find a old beta version on their Beta website: http://beta.humaxonline.co.uk/freesat-hd
I have searched & can’t find any support inc. looking on Humax UK Website. Humax used to provide support for all their PVRS inc 9200 & 9300. It seems very unfair that a Customer has to put up with loads of new bugs until next release. At the moment I am getting very tired of seeing the dark screen everytime I fast forward/rewind a recording. I have started scheduling most of my Freeview recordings on my old Humax 9300 – although thsi stutters on sound at times, it is a good wrokhorse. Humax please take note. You have a lot of unsatisified Customers. Please provide support for downloads on your website.
It’s not possible as the box will just download & install the latest software automatically anyway.
And it’s no good having a moan at Humax as the box works as Freesat require.
I hate that dark screen/shadow too, an absolutely pointless and very annoying feature. You would be better off giving some feedback on the official Freesat forum as it’s Freesats UI design.
