hai sir i am shaji from india please help me sir i purchaised HUMAX IR2000HD in the previous week and i try to recording there is s sign thats error and also remove usb saftly option is not in the box and also 8*1 diseq switch option is not visible in the menu please help me sir?………..if any options avaliable in this functions?

I would contact your supplier and check that the unit has the latest software uploaded.
