Help needed my humax 1000s is saying installation wizard tv is on with a blank screen
Is your TV set to the correct source?
It was working my daughter done it back to factory settings and now switch it on tv flashes and goes blank and the box says installation wizard
With the unit on, using the TV remote, try cycling through all the source options.
Many thanks now all up and running again.
Just one thing I got a new original humax remote control and have tried all codes given to connect to tv as well but not one of them is working any other way to connect please ?

You don’t say what the TV make and model is, it’s possible that it might be not supported.
Why not just use the TV supplied remote to ?
1 Select the HDMI input needed for the Humax box
2 Control the Volume.
If you do this there is an easy fix for the volume differences you get between viewing SD and HD channels.
