InactiveI recently purchased a HDR1800T and a WiFi network USB adaptor. I have connected to my wifi router and can access the TV portal and load the BBC I Player but despite numerous attempts have not yet managed to load a programme. I keep getting a notice saying ” Something went wrong loading this programme. This is usually a temporary problem. You can try again or try a different programme” however none work. Any ideas please?

ModeratorWelcome to our Forum

Just tried with a 1800T and 2000T both hardwired and same result.
Will try again later and if persists highlight to Humax Towers on Monday.
Anyone else have problems?

ParticipantI checked one of my HDR-FOX-T2’s yesterday and it’s working OK. Not at home at the moment so can’t confirm if it’s still OK.

This HDR which is for a second TV is connected to the router for a TV in another room and thus Virgin cable by a Humax supplied dongle. It’s worked fine up until now. But although I can get YouTube. Every programme on i>Player I try to access says “not available at this moment try later.”
I have no problems watching or recording programmes on it.

As you can see from above there appears to be a problem with the 1800/2000T and iplayer. As stated I’ll highlight to Humax Tower tomorrow.

InactiveI am experiencing this problem as well on my 1800T. First noticed it on Friday 14th and still having it now. Also BBC news will not run features, did not try BBC Sport. YouTube is fine.

Thanks, sport app also not working correctly, indeed on occasions just accessing the portal has caused a reboot on my 1800T.
Will collate all reports and pass onto Humax Towers tomorrow morning.

InactiveJust checked again and it seems to be working, so thanks Barry for getting it sorted out.
If only we could keep all our planned recordings, when we add new channels, instead of taking photos of the recordings planned on the the screen and booking them again.

InactiveI have a talktalk “you view” box in my bedroom with WiFi connection to the same router this works perfectly could there be a problem sharing the signal?
Incidentally when I used the Talktalk box after trying the Humax there was a short delay in it accessing the Internet.
