Humax won't start up

    Not sure if I am in the right place but here it goes.

    I woke up this morning and my Humax that is only 8 weeks old, won’t start up. There is power to the unit but when I turn it on it gets stuck in start system mode and then turns itself off. I have tried turning all all power by unplugging, have tried taking out the HDMI cord and started it without it, took out the dongle but nothing works. I left the power off all day (8 hours) to see if that would help but nothing. Any suggestions?

    Can you confirm the model of Humax unit you are having difficulty with.
