    Then I suggest you report it to Humax support.

    Same for both myself and my partner, yet it was working last night – AURA returns an error of “invalid username or password” (which it isn’t!) and trying to reset the password returns “bad form”.

    So… You’ve suggested report it to Humax support.

    How is that done and what is the link please?

    The website is not working, which is why we are getting “wrong email or password”. Don’t be tempted to change password whilst it is down as it won’t work and could give other problems.

    Try opening myhumax.net in a web browser, once that starts working then everything else should work.
